Donna Khalife is a serial entrepreneur and executive with 15 years of experience building and advising venture-backed companies in the consumer space.
Donna is founder of Surprise Ride, a company that develops and delivers activity kits to homes around the country to give kids a break from technology. The company has brought to market 100+ products and was acquired by Fat Brain Toys.

Donna and her sister, Rosy, drew upon their childhoods to found Surprise Ride. The two are war refugees from Lebanon and moved to the U.S. after winning the Green Card Lottery. Facing tremendous economic hardship as kids, they occupied themselves by doing creative projects with their artist dad.
Donna has appeared on ABC’s hit show Shark Tank, The View, QVC, The New York Times, Forbes, Inc, People Magazine, Entrepreneur, and CNBC, among others.

Prior to Surprise Ride, Donna's career spanned both the business and creative worlds. Donna worked on Wall Street in J.P. Morgan's Mergers and Acquisitions Group, advising executive teams and Boards at the world's largest companies on their strategies for growth. After completing her MBA at Harvard Business School, Donna bought a one-way ticket to Hollywood where she studied and pursued her passion for acting.

Donna is a speaker and writer. Through her advisory firm Launch Sister Ventures, Donna enjoys partnering with investors, CEO's, founders, and Boards to help tech ventures with growth and innovation at all stages.

Donna is also author of "The Best Book on Investment Banking Careers", has published over a dozen children's books, and is a "Top 40 under 40 CEO".
